What is your return policy?
We want you to LOVE your purchase! If your bag is unsatisfactory or damaged in some way, email us at: hello@getparkpacks.com and we will send you a shipping label to mail your bag back as long as it has remained unused- and receive a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order!
Why are you donating to MS research?
Maren (the mommy of our family) was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2020. MS is currently incurable and is a lifelong degenerative disease. Many scientists believe we are close to finding a cure, and we want to contribute what little we can to the cause!
How do I clean my bag?
You can clean your Park Packs by simply using warm water and a microfiber cloth! It may require a bit of scrubbing if there's been an extra sticky mess! If you wish to wash your Park Pack, only use a gentle wash with cold water, and air-dry.
Are Park Packs waterproof?
Yes! Our bags are made of water-proof material to withstand all the spills and splashes that accompany a day in a theme park. We also wanted the bags to be easy to clean and keep nice!
Are more products coming?
YES! We are just getting started. We have dreamed up Parent Packs, more Pins, and Children's Park Packs for other types of excursions! We plan to bring many products to your family to make memory making that much easier! Stay tuned!
